Devin Oldham
Devin Oldham begin his career at Merit Tower as a security guard and was quickly promoted to security supervisor after proving his skills. He spent over 5 years at Merit Tower in the security roles, always excelling at what he did, but always aspired to be a Building Engineer of a high rise in Dallas.
Devin has a passion for great Customer Service and he delivers it to all his clients, always with a smile, a great sense of responsibility and utmost care. Devin left Security for an opportunity to train & educate to achieve his goal. He worked, studied & promoted at Hartman Properties in an Engineering role. After working with Hartman Properties for some time, Devin returned to Merit Tower with Gildenson Real Estate as a Building Engineer in July 2021. He continues to master his craft, now back at “home”. After proving himself up, he was promoted to Chief Engineer in January 2022. Devin is great in maintaining all physical aspects of buildings from structure to heating & cooling equipment to electrical infrastructure and everything in between.
