Edgar Lizarazu

Edgar started his Real Estate Career with Gildenson Real Estate in 2019; he also serves as a Senior Expert Adviser at the Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton Group, and owns the Luxury brand D’Monti®.

Edgar enjoys an extensive education and experience in the Luxury Industry, Marketing and Branding, Negotiations, Strategy, and Business Development. 

Edgar graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) with a Bachelor’s in Science of Marketing, with a focus in Professional Sales, and Strategic Management.

Following graduation, Edgar joined the Southern Methodist University (SMU) to peruse The Graduate Marketing Certificate Program, an executive education certificate from the Cox School of business. At this Program, Edgar’s favorite professor was the Brierley Endowed Professor and Director Marcy Armstrong.

In 2017, Edgar joined the Digital Retailing Program at the University of North Texas (UNT.) Edgar excelled and accomplished all senior classes related to digital retail and was selected as one of the Top 10% faculty students and awarded multiple scholarships. During the program Edgar joined The Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton Group, and provided consulting to January Digital, a NYC and Dallas based Digital Marketing Agency, Edgar performed his digital retail and marketing skills with his team for brands such as Oscar de la Renta, Karl Lagerfeld and NARS Cosmetics.

Edgar enjoys humanities and the fine arts, especially those with important historical and cultural value. His appreciation to history is in part due to his family heritage, Edgar comes from a family with tradition of service to society, Edgar and family are direct descendants of the Former Judge, Senator and President of the United Estates of Colombia (1868-1870), His Excellency Distinguished General Jose Santos Gutierrez Prieto.
