Merit Tower Ownership transitions towards in-house Management and Leasing Operations with Gildenson Real Estate

DALLAS, TX – Gildenson Real Estate has taken over management and leasing responsibilities of the 398,767-sf Merit Tower, a prominent class A high rise at the North Dallas’ prestigious Park Central submarket, located with direct access to Central Expressway (U.S. Hwy. 75) and the LBJ Freeway (Interstate 635).

After nearly a decade of management and leasing the property through different local companies, the out-of-state ownership has decided to establish an in-house operation at the 19-story office tower located at 12222 Merit Drive. Operations will continue with the successful team under the leadership of Eduardo Gildenson, Krystal Zahniser, and the addition of Edgar Lizarazu to the team.

Eduardo Gildenson has served as the asset manager and local representative for the out-of-state owner since the group purchased the asset in 2012. The property was rebranded to Merit Tower from Four Forest Plaza and completely re-positioned through substantial capital improvements that go in line with the group’s long-term hold strategy. Some of the many on-site amenities include a state-of-the art fitness center, conference room facilities with smart boards and Merit Tower Café, which consistently serves freshly prepared and delicious food.
