Krystal Zahniser
Krystal Zahniser has almost forty (40) years experience in property management, twenty-five (25) of which were with Bradford Companies. Her specialties include office, retail, and industrial, and asset manager of a 3.2 million square foot office and industrial portfolio in Dallas and Houston for ML Realty Partners.
Krystal began her career as the Director of Real Estate for Cullum Companies which included management, leasing and development of Tom Thumb shopping centers. After the leveraged buy-out of Cullum, she became one of the first managers in the third party high-rise division of Trammell Crow managing an eight (8) office building development owned by Principal Mutual.
In 2000, on behalf of Bradford and the developer, Krystal assumed management and oversight of the construction/development phase of the Center at Preston Ridge which is a 1.2 million square foot retail development in Frisco, Texas. At the time of construction, this was the highest concentration of retail development in the country.
She continued managing Center at Preston Ridge for Bradford through 2002 when the project was sold to a New York REIT who moved management in-house. Krystal remained with the REIT through 2006.
She has managed portfolios exceeding $300 million with ownerships that have included Principal Life Insurance, Citicorp, Chase Manhattan Bank, General Electric Investment Corporation and Kennedy Associates, and has been a key member of the team at Merit Tower since 2012.
Krystal is a graduate of Baylor University with a BA in Finance and Real Estate and an MBA in Finance. Ms. Zahniser holds a Texas Real Estate Broker license.
